Taxes

The numbers tell a story every taxpayer should pay attention to.
From 2016 to 2025, Putnam County property tax collections increased from $31,889,308 to $71,772,786.
That is an increase of $39,883,478, or about 125%.

Larry Harvey voted YES on every county budget during that time.

So the question is fair:
How can Putnam County bring in that much more revenue, while so many taxpayers still feel they are not receiving the level of service they deserve?
People are still concerned about roads, staffing, public safety, response times, and basic county services
This is not about personal attacks. This is about accountability.

When revenue increases by that much, taxpayers deserve to see better results. They also deserve leaders willing to look seriously at where wasteful spending may be happening.
On August 18, 2026, we can make REAL change for the better in Putnam County.
It’s time to end the same old runaround.

It’s time for accountability with OUR taxpayer dollars.
More revenue came in. Now voters deserve answers.

On August 18, 2026, come out and vote for Joseph “Joey” Agner for County Commissioner, District 4
